Class of ERL

Class of ERL is an immersive pop-up retail experience produced for the luxe clothing brand ERL. ERL’s unisex collections maintain simple and sensual takes on all-American staples. Sportswear, denim, and 90’s references are just a handful of elements this brand brings forward in collections. ERL uses familiar referential imagery in order to create playful and nostalgic collections for the new generation.

ERL’s brand presence outside of media and the occasional runway is pretty minimal. Class of ERL is a pop-up experience bringing this west coast-based brand to the tri-state area. This offers an opportunity for the brand to reach a larger audience and spread their message of being true to their identity. Playing off of the nostalgic references established within the brand identity, Class of ERL is creating a unique retail experience by abstracting the experience of high school and self-discovery. From entry to fitting rooms, Class of ERL is covered in familiar elements that are iconic to the high school experience. The pop-up display’s a curated collection of archival ERL clothing pieces that rewrite high school stereotypes through the mixing and matching of staple social group garments.
